The skin-lightening, skin-tone-balancing and slightly exfoliating effective combination of azelaic acid and azelaic acid derivative in Azelaic Acid Serum helps to refine the skin surface and achieve an even skin tone.
Due to its mild exfoliating effect, azelaic acid supports the healthy keratinisation process of the skin, as it helps to gently remove dead skin cells from the skin without irritation. The pores remain clean, become less clogged and the skin's appearance is refined. Furthermore, the acid ensures a decrease in the pigment intensity of discoloured skin, as well as the reduction of inflammatory redness. In addition, the antioxidant and antibacterial azelaic acid derivative reduces sebum production and protects the skin from free radicals.
The fast-absorbing, non-greasy gel formulation is well tolerated by all skin types and can even be used during pregnancy.

How to use
At the beginning of the application, apply Azelaic Acid Serum to cleansed skin only three times a week in the morning and evening and finish with your daily skin care cream. The application can be increased to daily morning and evening use as needed.
In addition, use UV protection such as Face Guard Advanced to protect against UV radiation. Azelaic acid as well as its derivatives can be used as an alternative to salicylic acid in pregnancy.
