Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your skincare — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return is requested within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note: Used or opened products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

 

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@facecult.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We cannot refund opened or used products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us immediately at info@facecult.co.za with:

  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the product and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
