We deliver your skincare essentials with care and convenience using PUDO Locker-to-Door delivery services — or you can pick up your order directly from our Cape Town studio.

Delivery Options

1. Locker-to-Door (PUDO):
Your order will be shipped via PUDO and delivered directly to your door.
Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details via SMS/email to follow your delivery.

2. Studio Pickup (Cape Town):
Prefer to pick up your order in person? Simply select Studio Pickup at checkout.
We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection at our Face Cult studio.

Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Estimated PUDO delivery: 1–4 business days depending on your area

  • Studio pickups are typically ready within 24 hours

Shipping Fees

  • PUDO delivery: R69 – R199 (South Africa)

  • Studio pickup: Free

How It Works

PUDO Locker-to-Door Delivery

  1. Select Locker-to-Door delivery at checkout

  2. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking updates via SMS/email

  3. Your parcel will be delivered directly to your specified address

Studio Pickup

  1. Select Studio Pickup during checkout

  2. We’ll email or message you when your order is ready

  3. Visit our studio at your convenience during working hours

  • Ensure your mobile number and address are entered correctly at checkout

  • Studio pickup location: The Equinox, Suite 404, 156 Main Road, Sea Point, Cape Town

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or seasonal demand

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels once delivered to your specified address
